normally the achievement of the goals set for each different team (qualifiyng and race)

Its also dependant on which difficulty level you're playing .. goes up faster if your playing on hard / legendary AI

I think legth of races is the main factor, but I might be wrong.
I didnt notice a big diff between AI levels inter/pro/legend reputationwise that is.

1st Seasson Virgin (AI easy) 1st place WDC 3rd place WCC ranking 19
2nd Season Toro Rosso (AI Intermediate) 1st place WDC 1st place WCC ranking 23
3rd Season Force India (AI Int/Pro) 1st place WDC 1st place WCC ranking 31
4th Season Red Bull (AI Pro) 1st place WDC 1st place WCC ranking 36
5th season Mercedes (AI Pro/Legend) 1st place WDC 1st place WCC ranking 38
