I don't know.

I created a team, went to \Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings\DallaraIR18_2020\ and there you can find the folder of the team you've just created. Paste the files there and It should work. This is how it works for me, but I don't know how rf2 system works yet
