Will the DTM demo run under Windows 8?

Hi,I have downloaded the demo and all runs well on windows 8.1 except when I exit the game,
the screen turns black and my keyboard stops responding leaving my only way to shut down my pc is via the power button. Not reccomended way of closing down a pc for sure!
I have also played the demo through race room experience on steam where you can race the other competition tracks, but It still seems to crash my pc on exiting the game.

Does this problem happen 100% of the time? Are you using any 3rd party application related to game performance enhancement or anything that tries to read data from the game?

Hi, yes it does happen 100% on exit. I usually use Actual booster but this evening I did not enable it and it exited back to desktop ok.Do you think this could be the problem?

Yes, that would be the cause. Especially if the issue doesn't occur when you don't have the booster running.

Hi Sonat,Stiil crashing to black screen after exit of game with the actual booster removed
from system. Deleted DTM and Race room racing aswell, do not like having to hit the power button on the tower to shut down windows to restart again,the keyboard is affected too.
