Window Screen Mode

First I would like to apologize for what probably is a very mundane question!

I am running the RRE Simulation on a new six core MSI Dragon gaming machine.
An extremely powerful NVIDIA Card.

How do I get into window mode?,....I have done a great deal of searching, and found that 'ALT+ENTER', is to be the command. It does not yield anything.

Any help would be massively appreciated,

Settings/Video Settings/full screen off. And its 'ALT+TAB' for me. I hope it helps
