Windows 8.1

Updated to 8.1 and now the game is unplayable, even the intro logo is stuttering . During daytime i get like 30fps max and night 10fps, +fullproc doesn't work anymore. Before update i had all on max with 60+ fps.
I will do a clean install when final release of the game is on,if it moves the same i will go back to Win8 lol.

You didn't state what card you have but if it's nvidia you'll need to install the drivers again so they update to Windows 8.1 drivers

sorry for that , i have the latest drivers, card is 660ti, other games are working fine tho

Yeah, I had the latest drivers too, literally a couple of days before I upgraded to 8.1 but still had problems in certain games. I selected RE-INSTALL drivers from the Nvidia Experience control panel and "HEY PRESTO" things were OK again.....
