Since I updated CPS and SOL now I cannot keep my wipers on. They activate but just one single wipe, no matter if I use keys to speed them up, slow down, wiper different speeds (patch section). I have also taken a look at the SOL Weather App config and if I enable Manual wiper control, then the wipers are working by default, which makes no sense.
