Welcome to the central discussion thread for the 2019 WTCR Race of Japan.

The FIA WTCR by Oscaro returns this weekend for another action packed spectacle of racing at the Japanese Suzuka Circuit - where championship challengers Norbert Michelisz, Esteban Guerrieri, Yvan Muller and Thed Bjork look to fight it out for the overall title honours heading into the final rounds of the season.

It would be fair to say 2019 has been a spectacular year for the WTCR championship, with some excellent and often dramatic races defining the new shape of touring car racing on the world stage.

With Hyundai, Honda and Lynk & Co all fighting at the top of the table, and reigning champion Gabrielle Tarquini always a good bet for some drama further down the field, expect more fireworks during the weekend ahead!
