2-ways and Race_seasons_lighting and animated river for "Krajiska Zmija" 2019-12-04

"Krajiška Zmija" ("The Ultimate Snake") is a very good small but fun touge-type road in the Balkans. With my addition you can enjoy the course both up and down in 2-way traffic or attack the hill in Trackday with 21 AI cutting all corners. The separate layouts have different outlook with the 2-way being a casual everyday drive, not a "special stage". The 2-way AI can move in 4 types of pace depending on which "ai_hints.ini" in the 2-way layout`s "data" folder you use. Default is on "_90 ai_hints" i.e. 90 kph maxspeed. The "_no fine ai_hints" is 10 kph over the speed limit on the road signs. Switching from one to another is by inplace-unzipping and replacing the "ai_hints.ini" file by confirming the prompt. Same goes for the prepared "dry" and "wet" variants of "surfaces.ini"

Install: unzip and add the contents from my .7z to the track`s folder. This adds the 2-way layout, better lines for the Race layout, the models for the pits, river and 2-way grid, and the configs for the CSP and Sol.
