Add video_AMS2 : F-U gen2 Smooth Gear Changing. 1.0

This removes the clicking switch sound that occurs when the F-U is in gear down or gear up, allowing smooth and quick gear changes.
The gear change switch sound will sound when the car is stopped.

本物同様に引っかかりの無い素早いシフトチェンジを可能にします。
停車時のシフトチェンジではスイッチ音は鳴ります。
