Sorry, forgot to update the fast lane ai with the new sidelines in the previous update. I've done it now
- even if it worked for me, I got feedback from a user that the cars wouldn't leave the pitlane. I tried drawing the pitlane closer to the pits. I'm not sure that's the issue, but thought it was worth trying
- same user reported loads of crashes on lap 1 for GT3s. I was able to confirm the issue. The fast line didn't need changing, but the issues arose from the AI driving side by side. To fix it, I restricted the racing area in a few places:
- in the first sector, I excluded most curbs using the sidelines. On lap 1, they'd bounce off the curbs and crash into each other a lot
- on the back straight, I restricted the entry into the kink to a maximum of 2 cars width. This is the main place they'd attempt an overtake because they'd enter the corner flat out even when they're side by side. They still crash there sometimes, but way less. On lap 1 they'd sometimes try to go 3 wide through there, which would results in massive crashes.
