Added auto Refresh and some additional info

Added auto refresh ( every 2 secs ) and added some minor information to the list of pilots like best lap or if during race what lap they are on.

Let me know if any bugs.

Full folder structure added

- Added the full AC folder structure to the app to avoid the "Don't Works" of this world

Reuploaded with proper folder to just put in python

Proper compression of the app folder, hope it works now.
