front bumper fix and more

One hour fix-inspired by gfos and car resurection by KW:
-front bumper fix
-fix car colour and ao
-motec light on/off
-fix some materials-more darkner and more shiny
-new directory and reduce file weight
no fake logo and names, have fun !

day "0" update fast fix

Log: 11.06.2017
-new AO and material setting on body skin and rims
-new setting ABS+TC(car have it)
-hotfix sound bug- no clip anymore (not final only reedit guids)
-chagne car.ini parameters
