BMW M Hybrid V8 - Data Replacement & Misc 1.0

Meant to replace the data for the BMW M HYBRID V8 by TRR.

Physics have been reworked to the best of my ability given the sources available.

- Updated Screen (Located in texture file, place provided textures to your selected skin)(Need replacement of digital_instrument and ext_config)

Help on the following would be incredibly appreciated.
- Cockpit Adjustable ARB. If anyone knows how to implement it.
