Vanwall Vandervell 680 - Data Replacement & Misc 0.71

Meant to replace the data for the Vanwall Vandervell 680 by FSR.

Physics have been reworked to the best of my ability given the sources available. Lots have been reworked since the mod was released way before the car even drove IRL. Flames and lights have been added on as well.

Help on the following would be incredibly appreciated.
- Torque Curve follows mandated LMDh torque curve due to no data. If anyone have any info on it do let me know.
- Cockpit Adjustable ARB. If anyone knows how to implement it.
- Inertia isn't exactly the size of the car. Took one from one of the LMDh I have lying around. *wink wink*
