BPR 1994 Porsche 911 Bi-Turbo Freisinger #44 1.00

next one is the 911 Bi-Turbo of Freisinger Motorsport as seen in the 1994 BPR inaugural race at Paul Ricard. The car was driven by Michael Irmgartz and Edgar Dören. It had a very solid weekend, qualifying 4th on the grid and finishing in second spot.


I have doubts about the color. A scale model has been published in the darker blue as seen on the #45 Freisinger Bi-Turbo used in Jarama



The only picture of the car I could find shows it in a more "Gulf Color" variant.



I checked a lot of other colors in the picture and referenced them to other pictures and I came to the conclusion, that most likely the scale model has the wrong color...... but I could be wrong.
