Carlos Sainz Driver select screen 1.0

Hello,

I've made a new file of the animation for Palmer in the driver select screen. I've replaced Palmer with Sainz. There are still a few mistakes that I need to fix and some details like the cap, helmet and name but I think this is a nice start.

I've put this in the wrong folder so I'm gonna put this also in the f1 2017 misc folder
