Sound improvement for clio cup 2013 gtr2 by Jon c.
Didn't like the sounds on these, they were a Beta, so I have improved them a little.
Added transmission sounds and other little tweaks.
Back up GameData/teams/ Clio Cup 2013/Clio13.aud file incase you wish to revert back.
Just unzip to gtr2 and overwrite.
