IMPORTANT: Make a backup of the original files before using these.
I had bad fast lane and pit lane that didn't fit the Canada_2021 circuit by Marc_13000 and Raceking2016 changes for the 2022 layout (2022 F1 Canadian GP - TRACK UPDATE (NEW podium, accurate sponsor boards) (For canada_2021))
Now the AI cars are more stable on the curbs and don't do hard braking, and there are no sections where the AIs are excessively slow.
However, if AIs challenge each other in overtaking under braking on a turn (or the player forces the attack), there is the age-old (and possible) AC problem with AI crashing.
I've had some good races with this fast lane.
