fixed launch control sound it's working

launch control sound wasn't working before now i think it's working fine
to do it u need to be in 1st gear and push the break and the floor it.

SOUND MOD V2 UPDATED VERSION

Update v2:
-new pops
-new launch control sounds
-tweaking exterior sound
-new upshift sample (kinda dsg fart one?)
-fixing turbo whistle sound (i hope)
