I don't know much about this historic track, but Greg Renfro made it for NS2k3 and gave me permission to convert it. Unfortunately it had all kinds of texture issues after the conversion and believe me I followed the instructions.
I ended up exporting the coordinates from 3DSimed and redoing it the best I could in BTB. It's rather flat, has no curbing (I don't think any was ever used) very little scenery, but it does have good flow and is a pretty damn fast track.
