More immersive pits mod 1.01

Hello my friends, work is going really well to bring you the next update featuring animated crew members!
You can see an example here (don't mind how his head is not where it should be lol)

However, when I move the character in Blender, then I export the .fbx to ksEditor it gets completely distorted. See how it looks when the character is not moved:

I have tried setting exporting scale to 0.01 or applying 'FBX Units scale' but it still looks like this, I have no idea what to do. Anyone got a clue how to fix this?
I would really like to get this done because this would be a big deal for the immersion of the pits. Please write me a PM if you know the solution.
Arrrgh... always missing a character in the folder names... renamed object3D to objects3D so drag & drop will work correctly :rolleyes:
