I don't know why, but for some reason, this track (ONLY this one!) makes my PC crawl to a halt. 70 FPS when alone on track... I've tried with v2.1, 2.2 and now 2.3 and nothing has changed. Weird uh ?

Shame cause it looks good but god the performance really isn't there.

Maybe your system is too old? I have 200 FPS at day and 215 at night.
