Here is a quick update to the Renault team if you are using F1 2016 mods for F1 2015.
This mod changes the front of the Renault (Or Lotus) garage so it says 'Renault Sport F1 Team' and includes the updated driver names and helmets.team_lotus_names_2015_d.png

Not sure if nationalities are changeable in game next to the drivers, because the drivers name change mod changes the language, not like a driver setting.
