Tokyo R246 Faster AI 1.0

Faster AI for the DDM Tokyo R246. Made with touring / GT sportcars in mind, but working with faster prototypes and single seaters too.

Fast line + boundaries + hints.

Known issues:

• On the first corner the AI might try very aggresive moves in some cars, will try to fix that with new boundaries in the future.
• With Formula 2 & 3 cars, the AI keeps the DRS open through the middle sector for some reason, leading to some spins. That has nothing to do with the new line, AI is just dumb.
