It got smaller, and they moved it in order to show those Christmas tree lights behind it. Don't like the new position, looks like the size of a bottle cap, seems too far away. Plus, the reflections on the main housing seem off, two dimensional to the pictures of the old wheel I have.

I have my FOV set correctly, so I don't notice very much as my wheel would overlap with the ingame wheel anyway.
