I've heard Williams will introduce a new aerodynamic set and Renault is in doubt between use KERS or use PIQUET, as they both are a dead weight but give you an extra in some circunstances.

Guess you dont understand that the power of the lights lighting up the circuit and the glare from the water and spray will cause highly dangerous conditions, which is why Moto GP Night Race got cancelled this year due to the rain and the glare that would be caused.

Yes but MotoGP riders look down directly at the track where as F1 Drivers look straight ahead. So it won't affect F1 as much.

Look down? I dunno i dont tend to look down at the road when im riding, either that or i'd crash tbh. You always look ahead as a rider, the theory goes, look where you wanna go.
