I do have a problem with launching the game after installing the mod. When I start a race the game stops after loading a while. Could you tell me how to solve this problem?

Use winzip, it will work.
If you cant extract it still then your file might be corrupted, download the mod again. right click on it and chose extract here, and its done

consoles are not moddable, as (so far as i know) we don't have acces to the files
