after the 1116 update how do you set up the server regarding the track cut number? after how much cuts a driver will have the penaltie?

Default is 5, I don't think you need more than that... or I don't see the point of having track limits?

I guess the ability to allow more cuts is for long races (6, 12, 24 hours); track cuts were previously reset after a driver swap, now any cut(s) will transfer to the next driver...
