about upgrades.ini file in a mod

HI everybody,
Is it possible to do some changes for the tyres (tbc files) like we can do for the HDV file by putting lines HDV=.... in the upgrades.ini file. I need to change the radius of the tyres so that the car can touch the track!

and i don't have a direct access to the tbc file because it is a reiza one... I want to say that i'm doing that for my personal use only and i have a lot off fun!

Yes you can use the upgrades.ini to add or change settings in the HDV file, if you go and look at an old rFactor upgrades.ini file, you can work out the text structure. One thing you need to do is to add the "upgrades=********upgrades.ini" (******=mod name) line to the .veh file as this has been deleted.
