Advice needed for Tyre Temps, Pressures etc..

Hi, Can anyone please tell me the optimal tire temps to run at, inner centre and outer, i hear the optimal average is around 85-95C. would the inner melt above 100 say? also, when looking at my motec, i notice the tyres also increase in pressure with the heat, as i expected, is there an optimal tyre pressure to keep before they explode? and does the pressure have a major impact on the temperature?

Regarding Engine Temp, and Oil Temp... for long runs, whats the ideal to keep them running at?
