Advice on how to create a rally stage

Hello,

I'm practicing rallies in real life. To train me I want to create a rally stage for a sim racing game. I don't know what's the best way to create it into Assetto Corsa.
I just try for 2H with Race Track Builder. Is there anything better?
Because it's good to use google maps to get the elevation of the terrain. The road is so tight so it's hard to build.
