AI physics are rubbish

May be too early to judge ,but so far the AI physics are too arcade feel. Boring.
You continuous bump , push or drive into the side of AI cars and they keep driving as if nothing happened.

I doubt this month of semi-public beta is the only real testing they've done. ;) But to be honest, it seems to be the done thing to release what you've got and continue working on it afterwards these days. Not a policy I particularly like, but seemingly the way most devs work now. Not saying I expect AMS 2 to be hugely flawed on release because they seem to be cramming a lot of fixes into the time they have, but I won't be too shocked if there are still a few issues to sort out after full release.

I'll be surprised if there isn't anything to fix after launch. There certainly was in ACC, Raceroom, and rFactor2. As a matter of fact, i can't think of a single racing sim in the last decade that didn't need a lot of patching after launch.
