All Vehicles Using Auto Blip & Lift

Auto blip & lift are happening in every vehicle I drive including when not using auto clutch and when having auto blip and lift disabled in the in-game settings.

This has happened on the Super Trucks, RallyX Evo, F3 (older model [F301?]) and I think SuperKarts as-well.

It seems to be happening with every vehicle even when all settings point towards no auto blip and/or lift. It seems permanently enabled no matter what.

Super Trucks have an unusual hand operated sequential that takes care of blipping and lifting (as far as I know) in real life. In game its basically a sequential shifter with those lift/blip features built in.
