American classic vs British classics.

Hi I'm looking to organise a fun race for a community I'm involved in. The idea originally being classic mustangs vs classic minis, just wondering if anybody has done this before successfully maybe even with more than just those 2 cars. Or if anybody has any track suggestions where the attributes are evened out that I could try. Plenty of time yet to get this done.
