Assetto Corsa could not detect handbrake......any help

My handbrake can be assigned in CM but not working in the game. Tried to assign it in game setting but it does not appear in the detected controllers. Thanks for any help.

I have the exact same problem.
Using t300, fanatec V3 and an eBay handbrake. I can map the handbrake in other games like wreckfest and tdu2 but assetto and iracing that I bought it for won't work. It's infuriating

Hey I fixed it. It's in steam setting 3rd party controller

My Assetto Corsa handbrake setup for MODs, hope this helps.

Controls\Main Controls -> Handbrake not selected in this view
Controls\Secondary -> Handbrake setted for G29 shifter

All cars not contain handbrake option, if your mod have data -folder so you will be able to check file data/brakes.ini

I think if handbrake torque is setted to 0 then there's no handbrake

For Ken Block's sp_hoonicorn Mustang there's value
HANDBRAKE_TORQUE=30600

And for Madza Furai I found value
HANDBRAKE_TORQUE=0
