Assetto corsa FPS FFB and Apps

Well guys the other day i realised that when i'm using Apps in Asetto Corsa i loose like 20 to 30 FPS i have a i5 3570 and r9 280x, i wanted to go to the 100 Fps (in online race start it drops to 60 - 80) to reduce input lag and FFB lag, so i want to ask you if using a frame Cap works well or i should hide all Apps, i also changed almost every kunos apps to third party and that improved a lot my fps, thank you guys.

Some apps are less friendly with fps ... some are better at this point of view.

One app I'm using may spare displaying too many apps .... that's SideKick .... gathering in one app what should need 4 or 5 ones.... and this app is fine with fps.

Some apps are useful for creating a setup for more precision .... but for the race itself, some of them might be spared.
