It's still not correct, I recommend you to use Race Element to export your livery. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/race-element.50578/

It allows you to import (drag and drop) and export the custom liveries with ease. The exported custom liveries zip archives will have the file structure in place that allows other people to either extract them manually or they can just drag and drop it ontop of Race Element and the app will do the hard work.
