Barrier/guardrail jaggy march

Love AC but I've always had a problem with the shadow jaggy's that march along with you on the concrete barriers, the shadows following along on the guardrails, and the way shadows fill in on some buildings. I stopped using a lot of great tracks due to that flickering, polygon annoyance. Only way I could run was with shadow set to Ultra, and they were less in your face. Anything less was a visual puke fest. So I started experimenting with the graphics.ini. This setting makes a huge difference on my two rigs. Now the shadow setting on low shuts them off, and medium is nice and soft. Some strangeness in the shadow filling in on covered grandstands, but that's minor annoyance. My field of view is now normal.
