Best Steering Wheel under $150 (for my friend)

Hello. I am looking for a steering wheel for my friend for under $150 to get him into sim racing. (I myself have a G920). There are only three options available in my area.

1. Thrustmaster T80 (Ferrari 488 Edition and Standard Edition)
2. Hori Overdrive (Xbox and PC)
3. Hori Apex (Same as Overdrive but PS4 and PC)
4. Logitech Driving Force GT

Which one should he get? I'm pretty sure he will be happy with any since he currently plays F1 2019 with controller.
