Plugins BetterTime a.k.a TimeScaler (with pause!) 1.1

amenophis submitted a new resource:

BetterTime a.k.a TimeScaler (with pause!) - Change time scale and pause the game

BetterTime allow you to change the TimeScale by a custom value with a config file (maybe i add a GUI in the future).
You can also Pause the game with Pause key (you can change the key with Mo' Controls or in the configs files) (this is better than other mods promis)

Pause - this, of course, is good, but you need to change the duration of the day, not the speed of the flow of time
