Bought rf2 years ago, possible to activate on steam through the same purchase?

Hi, I guess the title says it all. I bought rf2 near to when it came out for old Spa and Monaco, played for a bit and never really got into it with the old f1' s being strange, odd update system and lack of content at the time. is it possible to activate it through steam to see what the game is like nowadays?

Yes, use this form. Your rFactor 2 Steam Key will be emailed to you. Please note the following points before proceeding:

– NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER RECEIVING A STEAM KEY.
– YOUR NON-STEAM RFACTOR 2 LICENSE WILL BECOME INVALID.
– YOUR ONLINE ACCESS SUBSCRIPTION TIME WILL BE LOST (ONLY APPLIES TO NON-LIFETIME LICENSES).
