Brake Disk FX is not Working

Hello ! My Brake Disk FX is not Working in game whenever I try to brake hard, However I can see some light on the Road Reflections very minimum of it but cant see the glowing Rotor Disk. I have Turned on every settings needed to get the Effect.

Regardless of those settings, it will only apply to cars that are built with glowing brake discs as an option. So which car are you using?

Okay Now I understand, thanks, Is there anyway i can apply that to all mod cars ?
