Camera looking in wrong direction

this applies to all tracks, all cars, and all cameras. Somehow my view is looking off to the left. I cannot fix it. Can anyone suggest a fix? It was working perfectly fine, and began randomly doing this.

Turn off Motion Blur in AC video settings or disable FidelityFX CAS in settings>custom shaders patch>graphics adjustments
