Can I unsubscribe from workshop items?

I just purchased this, and it wants to download 57 items, I went into steam to pause the downloads but it will not pause it just keeps going.

I don't have unlimited bandwidth to download gigs and gigs so I wanted to try and stop it so I can work out what is going on.

I don't really want things like the skip barber that will be never driven, is it possible to choose what I want to download, or it just downloads what it wants?

skip barber is part of rF2. You can delete the cars via windows, but steam will replace them. The 57 items include updates to cars and tracks and if you stop that update, you may have broken or incompatible versions of the latest updated tracks and cars.

You can unsubscribe from ISI/S397 content Luke. I've removed a number of the less appealing cars and tracks myself. Just go into the workshop (click on ther 'Most Subscribed' tab and nearly all the official contant will be shown first), click on the item and click the 'unsubsribe' button.

Thanks the help, I'll give that a go, I'm not very familiar with the workshop yet.
