F1 2017 Can not join a online-race

Every time iam in the online lobby i can only watch the session. i can not chose a team or driver.
Any help please

Any help please

You joined a race in progress. You should either

* wait for the session to end then choose a team for your next race

or

* join a race whose status is "in lobby" at the time of joining
