Can someone create my local racetracks?

Hello all,
I live near Seattle Washington and we have two racetracks locally the first on is called The Ridge and it is really badass was designed by the same guy who designed Thunderhill in California. The second is Pacific Raceways which isn't nearly as good but I havce no understanding of modding whatsoever and I was wondering if any modders are looking for a new challenge and if they would like to creat something cool? Sim Traxx has a version of a track called Pacific Raceways-not sure if same location, but being a member and tested all of the Sim Traxx race circuits, they are still a "Work in Progress" with still needing ALLOT of work to be done, there are no estimates when new updates are coming or track being completed. Allot of their tracks are pay track mods. You can check out their website, but I would say hold off on getting this track for the time being till it gets further completed and working properly.
