Can't always see Lobby?

Hi guys
One or two of my drivers are saying they don't see the lobby.
They connect fine one day and the next evening, no matter what they do, they get a message that the lobby is temp unavailable. The rest of us connect no problem.
They have checked ports, anti-virus, back ground apps etc. Reinstalled the game a few times, reset router and done all of the usual checks.
The strange thing is, they get on no problem one day, but can't connect to lobby the next?
Any ideas? We have tried all the usual close everything, switch off anti- virus etc.

Did they try with the IP adress of your dedicated server?

@patrick I don't know where to find the IP.
We use a VPS.
They can't see the lobby from their game.
The rest of us can.
