F1 2013 Can't Connect to Steam Servers (Game Won't Launch)

Has anyone else had issues launching the game? The it seems to be failing to launch with that error any time I have certain mods installed. If I verify game integrity (which removes all mods) the game runs fine.

All of my mods are cosmetic. I'm going to attempt to narrow down which mod it is, but want to know if anyone else is having this issue.
