Can't run the game 64 bit

When attempting to run the game 64 bit it just attempts to start a race and the getting closed straight away
But If I force the game 32bit it just works fine, but I am looking to play with mods so I need to get the 64bit working

I have the same problem, I'm desperate because I can't run the game in 64 bits.

Most likely this is a Visual C++ runtime either missing or corrupt. Probably one that the python dll needs.
