Misc [Car Data] F1 BMIG and DIFF Control [DEPRECATED]

I still have the files I downloaded a while ago, I want to implent Brake By Wire on a 2014 F1 car but I don't remember the tutorial. IIRC there were only entry and exit diff in 2014 but the mid diff would be a welcome addition anyway. Also because while entry and exit differentials is present in car's physics, it isn't modifiable in the setup. With this mod I can at least modify them.
